お客様及びパートナー企業、Syno Japanに関わって頂いた全ての皆様へ 

平素よりいつも大変お世話になっております。Syno Japan株式会社の長野です。 

この度、Syno Japan株式会社は、グローバルマーケティング業界の発展とお客様への更なる価値提供を目指し、株式会社Koeeruとの経営統合を決定しましたことをご報告いたします。​ 

弊社Syno Japan株式会社は、バルト三国リトアニアに本社を置くSyno Internationalの日本法人として2016年に設立しました。グローバルの市場調査や顧客満足度調査、デジタルマーケティング分野のデータソリューション等のサービスを国内の様々な業種のお客様にご提供しております。​ 

株式会社Koeeruは、コロナ禍を機に新たなグローバルマーケティングサービス開発に向けて、弊社代表長野と株式会社Koeeruの現COOであるマクドウェルが設立した企業です。「顧客の声（VOC）を起点とする顧客データプラットフォーム構築サービス」を得意としており、Syno Japan社のサービスを補完する事業として、これまで事業開発を進めてまいりました。​ 

Syno Japan社とKoeeru社の経営統合により、お客様のニーズに適切にお応えできるより強固なグローバル体制を構築し、幅広いサービスのご提供を目指すべく、今回の経営統合を決断いたしました。​ 

両社のリソース、技術、ノウハウを活かして、お客様への更なる貢献を目指してまいります。​

最後に、鎌倉及びハノイチームを代表し、設立から約７年半、Syno Japanを支えていただいたお客様及びパートナー企業様、当社に関わりをもって頂いた皆様に改めて感謝を申し上げます。今後も引き続き何卒宜しくお願いします。

To our customers, partners, and everyone involved with Syno Japan:

First, I wish to thank everyone for your continued support of our company.

It is my pleasure to announce that Syno Japan Inc. has decided to integrate its management with Koeeru Inc., with the aim of developing stronger global marketing solutions and providing even more value to our customers.

Our company, Syno Japan Inc., was established in 2016 as the Japanese subsidiary of UAB Syno International, a Lithuanian-based IT firm. Since then, we have provided services such as global marketing research, customer satisfaction surveys, and data solutions in the field of digital marketing to clients from various industries across Japan.

Koeeru Inc., established by Koeeru’s current COO Michael McDowell and Syno Japan’s CEO Soji Nagano in the wake of Covid-19, was created to develop new global marketing services that Syno Japan couldn’t offer. Specialized in the construction of consumer data platforms that begin with real consumer feedback (Voice of Consumer data), the business complements the work Syno Japan has been doing.

Now, the decision has been made to integrate Syno Japan and Koeeru in order to build a stronger global company, one that can meet the needs of our customers and can provide a wide range of services.

The resources, technology, and know-how of both companies will be leveraged to make further contributions to our customers’ needs.

Finally, on behalf of the Kamakura and Hanoi teams, I would like to once again thank all our customers and partners who have supported Syno Japan over the past seven and a half years since our establishment, as well as everyone who has been involved with our company. We are looking forward to your continued support in the future.
