Survey Groups, a new feature enabled in our VoC collection tool Koeeru Collector, saves respondents’ time by ensuring that they don’t have to answer the same question twice. The feature was recently put to successful use in our tourism DX project, Voices for Osaka.

For this project, in conjunction with the Kansai Innovation Center, Koeeru has been collecting visitor and tourist feedback from accommodations across the Osaka region. In order to reach more tourists, we recently added the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau’s application Discover Osaka Japan as a touch point for the tourism survey. The survey is distributed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Korean through Koeeru Collector, and respondents who complete the survey are entered into a drawing for an Osaka Rakuyu Pass, which offers free admission to more than 25 tourist attractions in the region.

For those tourists who respond to the survey twice–once in the application and a second time at their hotel–the answers to the questions that they have already answered are saved in the system, ensuring that they don’t have to answer the same question twice. This feature is designed to speed up the time it takes to answer the survey, thus improving response times and respondent happiness.
