About the Position

We are looking for bilingual candidates who want to work in a fast-paced, international environment as customer success or project managers. Some of the main tasks will include:

• Working with local contacts in developing countries and our IT team to improve and expand our SDG-focused, agriculture platform. This involves travel overseas several times a year, including but not limited to Bolivia, Tanzania, and Vietnam.
• Managing IT product customization requests and related development projects, including coordinating between our Vietnam-based IT team and Japanese clients.
• Serving as a point of contact for Japanese clients conducting marketing research, and coordinating their requests and project details to our operations team.
• Respond to requests for quotations from existing and new clients, and manage client relationships in Japan and other countries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working experience, with a strong preference for those in IT, marketing research, or international development.
• Fluent in Japanese
• Business-level English
  • Other language skills a plus
• Ability to work in our Kamakura office. Company policy allows for five remote days a month.
• An organized personality that is able to independently manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, delivering results by project deadlines.
• Someone who enjoys taking on new challenges and tasks, without necessarily the prior experience or knowledge in the area.

Starting Compensation (Based on Experience)

• For Japan-based hires: 250,000 – 330,000 JPY / month; 3,250,000 – 3,980,000 / year
