🏯 Kamakura Expands Co-Creation Tourism CRM: Now Gathering Voices from Overnight & Day Trip Visitors
Koeeru and the Kamakura City Tourist Association expand their tourism CRM initiative “Good Morning, Good Night Kamakura” to capture voices from both overnight and day-trip visitors, driving real-time data insights and co-created tourism solutions.
🗣️ Koeeru × Kamakura City Tourist Association: Expanding “Good Morning, Good Night Kamakura” to New Touchpoints
Koeeru Inc. (Head Office: Kamakura, Kanagawa | CEO: Soji Nagano) and the Kamakura City Tourist Association (President: Michiaki Omori) are pleased to announce the continuation and expansion of their co-creation tourism CRM initiative in FY2025. Launched in 2024, the project is designed to address tourism challenges in Kamakura through data-driven marketing based on Voice of Customer (VOC).
Under the theme of “Good Morning, Good Night Kamakura,” the 2025 initiative will expand VOC collection points beyond lodging providers to include transportation providers, restaurants, and tourist information centers. This multi-stakeholder approach will allow for a deeper, more inclusive understanding of visitor behavior and needs—especially capturing the voices of day-trippers, who account for over 95% of Kamakura’s visitors.

🧭 Project Background
Launched in 2024 to enhance visitor spend, the project initially focused on gathering feedback from overnight guests. Insights collected helped identify trends, compare domestic and inbound visitor behavior, and shape tourism strategies.

1. Expanded Touchpoints for Data Collection
In addition to hotels, new collection points now include transportation services, restaurants, and information centers, allowing for a more diverse and representative dataset.
2. Voices of Day-Trippers + Overnight Visitors
This year’s framework enables the capture of data from both overnight visitors and day-trippers, offering a broader view of travel patterns and preferences.
3. Real-Time Data Access for Local Businesses
Collected data is automatically reflected in a shared database, giving participating businesses instant access to real-time insights for agile marketing and decision-making.
